2022 Season:

August 26th:

I would like to thank everyone involved in our successful season this summer. The players who just kept on grinding all season.  Our manager Jason Schmeiser who kept the team winning despite injuries and other things that come up during the summer.  I would thank all the Assistant Coaches Cohen, Cottingham and Rico.  They did a fantastic job this year. This was our most successful summer, record wise, in our 27 year history at 33-9-1. Thank you to everyone who contributed to that success.

2021 Season:

September 1st, 2021

Our final player award and team MVP for the season goes to Duke Pahukoa of Northwest Nazarene Univ. He had an outstanding summer for our team both offensively and defensively. These were his numbers .346 BA, .439 OBP, .556 SLG, 12 BB, 19 R, 4 HR's and 27 RBI. Also, he was one of the best defensive 3B's we have had in 26 years as an organization. Congratulations Duke on a fantastic summer and good luck this coming spring season!!

Congratulations again to Hunter and good luck this season at Point Loma Nazarene!!

August 4th, 2021:

The final stats have been posted.  You can click here to see them.

August 2nd:

The Waves finished the year on Saturday with a 22-15 final record and 14-8 in league for second place.  It was an inconsistent season this summer.  The Waves beat some some quality programs including the Arroyo Seco Saints, Palm Springs Power, Alaska Goldpanners and Inland Valley Pirates.  However, in league play we could never really be consistent enough to get on a long winning streak that we were capable of doing.  I would like to thank Coaches Schmeiser and Kolbe for all the hard work they put in this summer.  I would like to thank all of our sponsors and host families.  We would not have a program without all of you.  We are looking forward to 2022 already.
